This is the extended neck suction cup used for the Indispensible mounting.  The suction cups when used with the Indispensible are removable for replacement/adjustability.  Typically used to kick the bottom of the Indispensible out from the mounting surface where the mounting surface is more vertical in design.

CHOKING HAZARD –   Warning the suction cups are small and poses a choking hazard particularly for children that are under three years of age.
