Contact our Customer Service Department at Customer_Service@mbhdllc.com prior to shipping any returns.

MBHD Enterprises LLC will refund the cost of any item, minus the original postage and handling fees, that is returned unused in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.  The returns department requests that you allow 2-3 weeks turnaround time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.  No refund will be given on damaged items (through no fault of MBHD) or used items.
